R enuka Jagtiani is an Indian billionaire who is the chairwoman of the Landmark Group, a massive and diversified retail and hospitality conglomerate based in Dubai. She is the widow of the company's late founder, the self-made tycoon Micky Jagtiani, who passed away in 2023. Her husband started the business in the 1970s with a single baby products store in Bahrain and built it into a retail empire with thousands of stores across the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Renuka has been deeply involved in the business for decades and has been the driving force behind the company's corporate strategy, its expansion into new markets, and its focus on a strong company culture.
