A les Zavoral is a Czech technology entrepreneur and the founder of Alza.cz, the largest and most dominant e-commerce retailer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Often referred to as the "Amazon of the Czech Republic," Alza has become a household name, famous for its vast selection of electronics and other goods, its innovative logistics, and its ubiquitous green alien mascot.

Zavoral founded the company in 1994 as a small business while he was still a university student, initially focusing on selling computer components.
