A ndrei Molchanov is a Russian businessman and former politician who is the founder and controlling shareholder of LSR Group, one of Russia's largest real estate development and building materials companies. Molchanov also had a significant political career, serving as a senator in the Federation Council, the upper house of the Russian parliament, for several years.
