A ngela Leong On Kei is a prominent Macau-based billionaire, businesswoman, and politician. Her fortune is primarily derived from her role as a major shareholder and co-chairman of SJM Holdings, one of Macau's six licensed casino operators. She was the fourth and last consort of the late Macau casino kingpin, Stanley Ho, with whom she had five children.

Leong's journey began when she moved to Macau from mainland China and met Stanley Ho. She became his business partner and a powerful executive in his gaming empire. After Ho's death, she has remained a formidable force in Macau's business and political landscape. She is the managing director of SJM's main operating subsidiary and also has extensive personal real estate holdings in Macau, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
