C .C. Leung, also known as Leung Chi-cheung, is a Hong Kong-based real estate investor. He made a significant portion of his fortune as the co-founder of the real estate investment firm, Cassia Investments. He has a long and successful track record in the property markets of Hong Kong and mainland China.

His most high-profile transaction was his involvement in the 2017 purchase of The Center, one of Hong Kong's tallest and most iconic skyscrapers, from Li Ka-shing's CK Asset Holdings. Leung was part of a consortium of investors that acquired the building in what was, at the time, the world's most expensive real estate transaction for a single building. He later sold off his stake in the property. His career is marked by his ability to execute large-scale and complex property deals in one of the world's most competitive real estate markets.
