C hristopher Kwok is an heir to the Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) fortune, one of Asia's most powerful real estate dynasties. He is the younger son of the late Raymond Kwok, who served as chairman of SHKP. He represents the third generation of the family that controls Hong Kong's largest property developer, a company responsible for building many of the city's iconic skyscrapers and residential estates.

Educated at Stanford and Harvard, Christopher serves as an Executive Director at SHKP, where he is involved in the sales, project management, and leasing of the group's major residential and commercial projects.
