E duardo Costantini is an Argentine self-made billionaire with a prominent career in both real estate and finance. He is the founder and chairman of Consultatio, a major real estate development company known for its high-end, large-scale projects. He started his career in finance, founding an asset management firm, before making a major and highly successful move into property development.

His most famous project is Nordelta, a massive and exclusive master-planned community in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, which has become a city in itself. He has also developed major luxury projects in Miami, including the Oceana condos in Bal Harbour and Key Biscayne.
