G ang Ye is a Chinese-born Singaporean billionaire who is a co-founder and the group chief operating officer of the Southeast Asian internet giant Sea Ltd. He founded the company in 2009 with his partners, Forrest Li and David Chen. Initially focused on online gaming under the brand Garena, the company has since grown into a massive technology conglomerate.
