L ai Shixian is an Executive Director and Co-CEO of ANTA Sports Products Limited, China's premier sportswear company. He is a key member of the founding family, being the brother-in-law of chairman Ding Shizhong and deputy chairman Ding Shijia. Lai joined the group in 2003 and has served in various senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, playing a critical part in the company's supply chain management and administrative operations.

He holds an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School. Lai has been instrumental in Anta's strategic growth, including the integration of acquired brands and the optimization of its vast retail network. He shares leadership responsibilities, driving the group's continued dominance in the Chinese sportswear market.
