M eng Qingshan is the founder and chairman of Meihua Holdings Group, a leading global supplier of amino acids and biological fermentation products. He started his business journey with a humble food stall in Hebei province, which evolved into a wholesale business for MSG (monosodium glutamate). In 2002, he established Meihua, transforming it into a high-tech bio-manufacturing giant producing food additives, feed additives, and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Under his leadership, Meihua has built massive production bases across China and serves customers in over 150 countries. The company is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Meng's strategic focus on R&D and scale has made Meihua a dominant player in the global amino acid market.
