Q iu Minxiu is a founding figure and director of Zhejiang Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical, a premier supplier of crystal growing furnaces and semiconductor equipment in China. She holds a background in mechanical engineering and served as a professor at Zhejiang University, bringing deep academic and technical expertise to the company. She co-founded Jingsheng in 2006, helping to break the foreign monopoly on high-end crystal growth equipment used in the solar and semiconductor industries.

The company went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012. While she has stepped back from the daily executive operations, her influence remains through her board position and shareholding. Her son, He Jun, currently serves as the company's chairman (president), continuing the family's leadership in China's critical high-tech equipment manufacturing sector.
