S hyam Bhartia is an Indian industrialist who, along with his brother Hari Bhartia, founded the Jubilant Bhartia Group, a diversified global conglomerate. He is the chairman of the group. A first-generation entrepreneur and a qualified chartered accountant, Shyam and his brother started their business journey in the late 1970s, initially in chemicals and polymers. They gradually and strategically diversified into new high-growth sectors.

The Jubilant Bhartia Group today has a significant presence in pharmaceuticals and life sciences through its flagship company, Jubilant Pharmova, and in food services, through Jubilant FoodWorks. Shyam Bhartia has been instrumental in the group's foray into the food sector. Jubilant FoodWorks holds the exclusive master franchise rights for Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Under his leadership, the company has built Domino's into India's largest quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain, with thousands of outlets across the country. His vision has been key to the group's successful expansion across these diverse and competitive industries.
