S téphane Bonvin is a self-made Swiss real estate billionaire and the founder of Investis Group, a major Swiss property company. He started his career in real estate at a young age, acquiring his first property in his early twenties. He founded his company in 1994 and has since built a massive and valuable portfolio of residential and commercial real estate, with a primary focus on the Lake Geneva region of Switzerland.

Bonvin's strategy has been to acquire and hold a large portfolio of mid-range apartment buildings in and around Geneva, which has provided a stable and growing stream of rental income.
