S usan Ocampo is a tech entrepreneur and investor who co-founded Sirenza Microdevices in 1984 with her late husband, John Ocampo. The couple built the semiconductor supplier into a successful public company before selling it in 2007. They subsequently co-founded GaAs Labs, a private investment firm focused on the communications semiconductor market. Through this vehicle, they acquired and revitalized Macom Technology Solutions, a leading supplier of high-performance analog semiconductor solutions.

Susan serves as a board member and holds a significant stake in Macom, which went public in 2012. Following her husband's passing in 2023, she remains the largest individual shareholder.
