S ylvan Adams is a Canadian-Israeli real estate billionaire and philanthropist who is known for his passion for cycling and his extensive efforts to promote Israel on the world stage. He is the son of the late Marcel Adams, a Romanian-born Holocaust survivor who became a highly successful real estate developer in Canada, founding the company Iberville Developments. Sylvan served as the CEO of the family's real estate firm for many years, overseeing its growth into one of Canada's largest private property owners.
