V ikas Oberoi is an Indian real estate tycoon and the chairman and managing director of Oberoi Realty, one of Mumbai's leading high-end property developers. He is a second-generation businessman, having inherited the real estate company from his father, who founded the business. He took over the leadership of the company at a young age and has been the driving force behind its growth and its focus on the luxury segment of the market.

Under his leadership, Oberoi Realty has developed a portfolio of premium residential, commercial, and retail properties in prime locations across Mumbai. The company is known for its large-scale, integrated developments that often include luxury apartments, office towers, high-end shopping malls, and hotels. He took the company public in 2010. He is a licensed pilot and an avid skier, and he is married to the former Bollywood actress Gayatri Joshi.
