Y uan Zhimin is the chairman of Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., the largest modified plastics manufacturer in the Asia-Pacific region. He founded the company in 1993 in Guangzhou with a graduate degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology, initially focusing on advanced polymer materials for the automotive and electronics sectors. Under his stewardship, Kingfa has established a global R&D and production network, supplying major multinational corporations.

In 2020, facing the global COVID-19 pandemic, Yuan swiftly expanded the company's operations into the production of medical and protective gloves, a move that significantly bolstered its financial performance. He shares his fortune with his wife, Xiong Haitao, who serves as a director on the board. Yuan's leadership has been pivotal in Kingfa's evolution from a local startup to a Shanghai-listed industrial giant with a diverse product portfolio.
