A rtur Grynbaum is a Brazilian businessman and the former CEO of Grupo Boticário, one of the largest cosmetics companies in the world and a dominant player in the Brazilian market. He is the brother-in-law of Miguel Krigsner, the founder of the company. Grynbaum joined the business in 1986 and rose through the ranks, playing a pivotal role in its expansion and professionalization.
He served as CEO of the group for over a decade, during which he oversaw the transformation of Boticário from a single-brand company into a multi-brand powerhouse. He led the creation and acquisition of other successful brands like Eudora, Quem Disse, Berenice?, and Vult, which cater to different consumer segments. He also drove the expansion of the company's vast franchise network, which is the largest of its kind in the world. Although he stepped down as CEO, he remains the vice-chairman of the board and a key shareholder in the privately held cosmetics giant.
