B ris Rocher is a French businessman and the head of the family that controls Groupe Rocher, a global cosmetics and beauty company. He is the grandson of the company's founder, Yves Rocher, who pioneered the use of natural, plant-based ingredients in cosmetics. Yves Rocher started the business from his attic in the village of La Gacilly, Brittany, in 1959, selling his products via mail order.

Tragedy propelled Bris Rocher into a leadership role at a young age. Following the death of his father, Didier Rocher, he was named vice-president of the group at just 18. He took over as Chairman and CEO in 2009 after the death of his grandfather. He has since led the multi-billion dollar enterprise, which includes the flagship Yves Rocher brand as well as other brands like Petit Bateau. He controls a vast majority of the company, ensuring that one of France's most iconic beauty brands remains firmly in family hands.
