D avid Fattal is an Israeli self-made billionaire and the founder and chairman of Fattal Hotels, the largest hotel chain in Israel. He began his career in the hospitality industry, working in various roles before taking the entrepreneurial leap. In 1998, he founded his own hotel management company and opened his first hotel.
