D avid Siegel is an American billionaire and the founder and CEO of Westgate Resorts, one of the largest privately held timeshare companies in the world. He started his career in real estate and founded Westgate in 1982 with a single 16-unit property. He has since grown the company into a massive hospitality empire with dozens of resorts across the United States.
