Kalen Jackson (née Irsay) is an American sports executive and a co-owner of the Indianapolis Colts. Born on July 6, 1987, in Indianapolis, she is the youngest daughter of the late Jim Irsay and the granddaughter of Robert Irsay.

She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in sports management and marketing. Having grown up around the franchise, she transitioned directly from college into a leadership role within the team's front office.

Following her father’s death in May 2025, she assumed the titles of Owner and Chief Brand Officer, sharing control of the $5.9 billion franchise with her two sisters.
