A nas Sefrioui is a Moroccan real estate developer and the founder, chairman, and CEO of Groupe Addoha, a property development company specializing in affordable housing. Sefrioui started his career in a completely different industry, creating a company that produced clay materials. In the late 1980s, he made a strategic pivot into real estate development, foreseeing a massive demand for low-cost housing in Morocco's growing urban centers.
He founded Groupe Addoha and built his fortune by developing large-scale housing projects aimed at the country's lower and middle-income populations. His business model aligned perfectly with government programs designed to address the national housing shortage, which allowed his company to grow rapidly. He took the company public on the Casablanca Stock Exchange in 2006 in what was a landmark IPO for the country. He has since expanded his interests into cement production to vertically integrate his construction business and has also ventured into projects in other African countries.
