A ndrei Filatov is a Russian businessman who is a co-owner of Globaltrans, one of Russia's largest private freight rail operators. He made his fortune in the logistics and transportation sector, capitalizing on the need to move Russia's vast natural resources from their point of extraction to ports for export. He co-founded the company with his partners Nikita Mishin and Konstantin Nikolaev.

Globaltrans owns and operates a massive fleet of railcars and locomotives, serving major industrial clients in the metals, mining, and oil industries.
