A neel Bhusri is a prominent American technology executive and investor, best known as the co-founder and co-CEO of Workday, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software for finance and human resources. Before Workday, Bhusri had a long and successful career at PeopleSoft, another major enterprise software company, where he rose to become vice chairman. He was a key strategist at PeopleSoft during its hostile takeover battle with Oracle.

After Oracle's successful acquisition of PeopleSoft, Bhusri teamed up with PeopleSoft's founder, David Duffield, to start a new company from scratch.
