S hekhar Bajaj is an Indian industrialist and the chairman of Bajaj Electricals. He is a prominent member of the esteemed Bajaj family, one of India's oldest and most respected business dynasties, founded by his grandfather, Jamnalal Bajaj. The family has been influential in both India's industrial development and its independence movement. Shekhar is the cousin of the late Rahul Bajaj, the long-time patriarch of the wider Bajaj Group.

While his cousins managed the flagship scooter and financial services businesses, Shekhar Bajaj has been at the helm of Bajaj Electricals since the early 1980s.
