W alter Frey is a Swiss billionaire who is the chairman of the board and patriarch of the Emil Frey Group, one of Europe's largest and most powerful automotive dealership and import companies. The company was founded by his father, Emil Frey, as a small car and motorcycle repair shop in 1924.
